If you start to notice... Your balm became a bit grainy; please do not worry! The product hasn't gone bad and is 100% OK!
It's just a natural reaction of the Shea Butter in the balm, which can become crystallized depending on the temperature of where it is stored. Shea butter can become grainy naturally.
We never use synthetic stabilizers or emulsifiers in our products, so it is quite obvious that this could happen to your balm.
The grainy bits will melt at body temperature, and you can continue to enjoy using them!

HOW TO USE
Apply a teaspoonful amount into your palm and massage your entire face gently with your fingertips, allowing the cleansing balm to dissolve dead skin cells and makeup fully.
Remove with a soft towel such as [chidoriya original three layers organic cotton + silk facial cloth] soaked in hot water.
Steaming your face with the facial cloth first and then wiping it off will be more effective.
To remove waterproof eye makeup, wipe off gently with cotton soaked in hot water.
