If you notice your balm becoming grainy, don't worry. This is a natural reaction of the Shea Butter, which can crystallize depending on the storage temperature. But don't fret, as our balm is 100% OK and has not gone bad. We do not use synthetic stabilizers or emulsifiers in our products, so graininess may occur. HOW TO USE
Apply a teaspoonful amount into your palm and massage your entire face gently with your fingertips, allowing the cleansing balm to dissolve dead skin cells and makeup fully.
Remove with a soft towel such as [chidoriya original three layers organic cotton + silk facial cloth] soaked in hot water.
Steaming your face with the facial cloth first and then wiping it off will be more effective.
To remove waterproof eye makeup, wipe off gently with cotton soaked in hot water.
